Marcello`s Pizza in Red Lion

Ordered a pizza last night and they said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. I waited for over an hour and 35 minutes still no delivery. I called and cancelled. Very disappointed because I’ve ordered from them a lot. No more ordering from me. I called and told them to credit my account and there was no apology whatsoever. Very rude!!!!! There are other places that will get my business. They don’t care about their customer’s. Bad Business!!!!

New York style pizza was good but in " New York it is cooked a little longer, need to add beer

Have been ordering from here since my family and I have moved to this area in 2013. Never has disappointed me on a single order. Very nice employees and good wait times.

Best food in the area. If you love old bay wings this is by far the best place to get them. They actually put enough on you sont have to make sure they put enough on. Great value for quality and price.

I've had better, and yes, that is what she said. We waited over an hour for delivery and when it came, it was hot, but the wings and the mozzarella sticks tasted old; almost like either the oil was old in the fryer, or everything was freezer burnt. I couldn't finish it. I'm hoping this was a fluke, but this was my first time eating here and I'm not sure I want to return.

Best pizza in the Dallastown area.

Fast service (we ordered online) and the pizza was really tasty. Wings were not very good and mozzarella sticks are just average...very basic onion rings and don't get the cheesy bread.

Ask for garlic sauce every time and they never deliver it. Only Marcellos pizza that doesn't always give garlic sauce.

Always good pizza and customer service, but tried the sweet chili boneless wings and they were very good too.

The turkey boat was great. Cheeseburger sub is delicious too. Our pizza was just average. But we didn't get a specialty pizza. But will definitely go back for subs!!

This was the first pizza we ordered when we moved to Red Lion and after trying others, still come back here. Not the fastest delivery, but it's good.

Saw how dirty it was where they prepared the food an canceled our order. Looks like they haven't cleaned anything in a long time. I understand the floor but when u can see mold forming from the counter and major dirt under shelving that's not sanitary! The seating area looks great but I was discussed with the kitchen which is sad because I like the pizza an was craving it even though I haven't eaten their in a long time.

The food is very good. I just wish they would hire people with better personality. We have delt with young adult females who don't have a clue. Then when you explain things they get attitude. We used to eat there once a week but now hardly ever do. The last time pizza chesse was slid all to one side. The girl picks it up from oven and slants it sideways. She said oh well all goes to same place.

Delicious every time!! Thank goodness my son lost his license so I can enjoy. Only 3-4 more weeks though. Oh no .

Piss poor customer service. Walked in at 8:30pm on a Thursday night with the intent to dine inside. I saw an employee sitting down eating pasta .. I asked him, if they were closed since no customers were inside he said, "we close at 9." I was then greeted by the cashier with, "you guys taking out?" I asked, "Do we have to?" She responds "Well we do close at 9!" Well pardon me for interrupting your preparation of closing but as a business offering service to the public I thought you remain open until your last customer(s) leave? No thanks and furthermore after seeing how poor her oral hygiene was I'd rather not have anything from here. Not even a napkin!

Pizza was soggy and flavorless. Curly fries were also soggy and lacked seasoning. Overall a disappointing experience.

Ordered wings and a cheeseburger sub from there the wings weren’t good I asked for xtra crispy and got fatty wings not crispy, the burger on the sub was mushy. I will never ever get from there again

Love their wings so saucey and juicey

My family has eaten at this restaurant for many many years. It's our favourite pizza place in the area. My husband and I had sandwiches last night. He had the cheeseburger sub and I had the California cheese steak. I love the bread! The service was fast and efficient. The pizza they have here is tasty.

I have only had one issue and that was the delivery... took 2 hours one night... I get busy but when I called to ask where are food was the girl was very rude and said "well it is sat night we are busy!" Really? I work at a very busy restaurant and we can seat and get people out in two hours on a busy night. Maybe a simple " I am sorry let me find out where your family's food is and call you back. " besides that food is good and even though you wait sometimes they do deliver

Yuck!! I don't know how this place has so many restaurants. Their food is nasty and expensive.

I was expecting typical sub shop food but was I surprised. Everything was delicious. The salad was fresh and tasty and my eggplant parmesan was as good or better than any Italian restaurant. My wife's baked ziti was also delicious. Friendly service, clean dining area, and we got our food very fast. So thanks to the people that made my meal possible. We enjoyed every minute there.

Their pizzas are good I guess but honestly I would prefer little Caesars

Just wow. Some of the best fettuccine I've had! And they season their shrimp... No bland shrimp here!

Good food but, poor carry out service. This used to be my go to carry out place. I say used to because for the 2nd time in the past couple months they gave me an incomplete take out order. This time, I asked them if they can deliver it to make up for the inconvenience. They said maybe but, they are really busy and it will be a long wait. Upon going back to pick it up I found out it wasn't ready yet and I had to wait until they cooked it. I am assuming they gave someone else the rest of my order by accident. I let the lady behind the counter know that this is the second time they gave me an incomplete order in the last couple months. She replied with "Oh really? I'm sorry we are just busy." Nothing was done to make up for the mistake either time.They give you your carry out order in brown paper bags that are stapled shut. Kind of hard to check your food without tearing the bags apart before walking out. I will not be ordering carry out here anymore.

Best pizza this side of North Jersey hands down!!! Second time I've eaten here will be making the trip from Lancaster from now on!! It's worth the drive.
